Brigade Enterprises has set a pre-sales target of ₹9,000 crore for Financial Year 2026–27, aiming for 21% growth over the previous year. The Bengaluru-based real estate developer is banking on new residential project launches, particularly in the mid-income and premium housing segments, to achieve its target.
The company’s guidance comes amid continued demand for residential properties in key southern Indian markets, including Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad. The pace of new project launches and homebuyer response will be important factors in determining whether Brigade can meet its annual sales goal.
Brigade’s FY27 target builds on previous year’s performance
Brigade Enterprises recorded real estate pre-sales of ₹7,424 crore during Financial Year 2025–26, covering a sales area of 6.13 million square feet. Its consolidated revenue for the year stood at ₹5,909 crore.
The company’s latest target represents an increase of ₹1,576 crore over its previous financial year’s pre-sales. Achieving the projected growth will depend partly on the timely launch of planned residential developments and the conversion of buyer interest into bookings.
Pre-sales refer to the value of properties sold or booked during a period. They provide an indication of market demand and future revenue potential, although they do not directly translate into revenue recognised during the same period.
First-quarter sales provide an early indicator
During the first quarter of Financial Year 2026–27, Brigade Enterprises reported pre-sales of ₹1,061 crore. Sales volume reached 0.74 million square feet, while the average price realisation stood at ₹14,338 per square foot.
The first-quarter performance provides an early reference point for tracking progress towards the company’s full-year target. The remaining quarters will be significant as Brigade advances its planned launches and seeks to increase sales across its residential portfolio.
Mid-income and premium housing remain key focus areas
Brigade’s growth strategy centres on residential developments across mid-income and premium housing categories. These segments allow the developer to address different buyer groups, from households seeking homes within a moderate budget to customers looking for higher-end residential options.
Southern cities are expected to remain important to the company’s expansion plans. Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad are among the markets identified in the company’s outlook, with project launches and sales momentum likely to influence its performance.
For the wider real estate sector, Brigade’s target offers another indicator of how established developers are planning for growth through new residential supply. Its progress towards ₹9,000 crore in pre-sales will depend on launch schedules, buyer demand and the company’s ability to sustain sales through Financial Year 2026–27.
