Embassy Office Parks REIT and Hilton have strengthened their long-standing partnership with the launch of the 211-key Hilton Garden Inn at Embassy TechVillage in Bengaluru, further expanding the city’s premium business hospitality infrastructure.

Located within Embassy TechVillage on Bengaluru’s Outer Ring Road, the new hotel is the first phase of a larger 529-key dual-branded hospitality development. The second phase, featuring a full-service Hilton Hotels & Resorts property, is expected to open later this year, creating one of the largest integrated hospitality offerings within a commercial business park in India.

The latest addition reinforces Embassy REIT’s strategy of developing integrated business destinations that combine office spaces, hospitality, retail, food and lifestyle amenities under a single ecosystem. Embassy TechVillage is one of Bengaluru’s largest office campuses, housing leading technology companies, financial institutions, consulting firms and Global Capability Centres (GCCs), with more than one lakh professionals working across the business park.

The Hilton Garden Inn offers 211 contemporary guest rooms equipped with dedicated workspaces, high-speed connectivity and business-friendly facilities. Guests also have access to meeting spaces, a 24-hour fitness centre, a temperature-controlled outdoor swimming pool and multiple dining options, including Desi Quotient for regional Indian cuisine and Merigo, an all-day dining restaurant serving international dishes.

According to Embassy Group Chairman Jitu Virwani, the new hotel reflects the company’s vision of creating integrated destinations that go beyond office infrastructure by offering hospitality and lifestyle experiences within major commercial hubs.

Hilton Asia Pacific President Alan Watts said Bengaluru continues to witness strong demand from corporate travellers, multinational companies and business events, making the city an important growth market for the global hospitality brand.

The launch also marks the fourth collaboration between Embassy REIT and Hilton. Their existing portfolio includes the 619-key dual-branded Hilton Hotels at Embassy Manyata and the 247-key Hilton Hotel at Embassy GolfLinks in Bengaluru.

With office leasing remaining robust and Global Capability Centres continuing to expand across Bengaluru, the demand for quality business hotels is expected to rise further. The inauguration of Hilton Garden Inn at Embassy TechVillage is expected to strengthen the city’s hospitality ecosystem while supporting business travel and long-term commercial growth.
