Prestige Estates clocks ₹2,500 crore sales in Hyderabad with Golden Grove launch

Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has reported a strong sales performance in Hyderabad, highlighting the growing demand for premium residential developments in the city. The Bengaluru-based real estate major announced that it has sold more than 1,700 housing units worth over ₹2,500 crore within just two weeks of launching its new project, Prestige Golden Grove.

The project has attracted significant attention from homebuyers and investors, reflecting Hyderabad’s steady rise as a preferred real estate destination. Spread across 29 acres, Prestige Golden Grove is designed as a large-scale residential community featuring a total of 5,120 units. The strong early traction indicates sustained buyer confidence, especially in well-planned developments backed by established developers.

Prestige Estates expects the project to generate an overall revenue of approximately ₹9,500 crore, making it one of the company’s key developments in the Hyderabad market. The rapid sales momentum also signals a broader trend where large integrated townships and premium housing projects are witnessing robust absorption levels.

The company’s performance in Hyderabad aligns with its overall growth trajectory. During the financial year 2025–26, Prestige Estates achieved record sales bookings of ₹30,024.5 crore, marking a significant 76 percent increase compared to the previous year. A total of 11,692 units were sold during the fiscal, further strengthening its position among India’s leading real estate developers.

Hyderabad continues to emerge as a strong residential market, supported by infrastructure growth, IT expansion, and increasing demand for quality housing.
