Rahee Group is gearing up for a significant expansion phase with plans to invest up to ₹600 crore over the next three years, aiming to strengthen its position in the steel and manufacturing sector. The move reflects the company’s long-term vision to scale operations and enhance production capabilities across its core business verticals.
As part of this broader strategy, the group is expected to channel around ₹400 to ₹500 crore into key segments, focusing on infrastructure-linked manufacturing and value-added steel products. This investment push comes at a time when demand for steel components and engineered products is witnessing steady growth, driven by infrastructure development and industrial expansion across India.
A major highlight of this expansion plan is the upcoming ₹200 crore foundry project in Odisha. The facility will be developed by Rahee Track Technologies Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rahee Infratech Ltd. Once operational, the foundry will manufacture cast manganese and steel castings, catering to sectors such as railways, construction, and heavy engineering.
The Odisha project is expected to play a crucial role in improving the group’s backward integration and supply chain efficiency. By strengthening its in-house manufacturing capabilities, Rahee Group aims to reduce dependency on external suppliers while ensuring better quality control and faster delivery timelines.
According to company leadership, the investment will also support capacity expansion, technology upgrades, and operational efficiencies across its manufacturing units. This aligns with the broader industry trend where companies are focusing on modernisation and scale to stay competitive in a rapidly evolving market environment.
With India continuing to invest heavily in infrastructure, railways, and logistics, Rahee Group’s expansion strategy positions it well to capitalise on emerging opportunities. The planned investments are expected to not only boost production but also reinforce the company’s presence in the steel manufacturing ecosystem.
