Jindal Stainless Limited recently reached a significant milestone in its corporate journey by officially entering the retail sector. The company introduced its new stainless steel rebar brand known as Jindal Infinity. This strategic move marks an intentional expansion into the broader construction value chain. By launching this product line, the steel giant can now connect directly with individual homeowners, builders, and professional fabricators. This shift represents a major evolution from the traditional business to business model that the company followed for decades.

Managing Director Abhyuday Jindal explained that the entry into the retail segment allows the firm to bring advanced metallurgical solutions much closer to the average Indian consumer. He emphasized that this initiative aligns perfectly with a broader vision of creating a safer and more resilient built environment. One of the standout features of these rebars is their exceptional resistance to corrosion. Compared to standard steel options, Jindal Infinity offers a much higher critical chloride threshold. This ensures that structures remain durable even when exposed to aggressive weather or coastal environments.

The financial strength of the organization supports this ambitious retail push. During the twenty twenty five fiscal year, the company recorded an impressive annual turnover of forty thousand one hundred eighty two crore rupees. To stay ahead of rising demand, the company is currently increasing its production capacity. The goal is to reach a total annual melt capacity of four point two million tonnes by the twenty twenty seven fiscal year.

Rajeev Garg, the Head of Sales, noted that the initial market response has been incredibly positive. He stated that the expanding network of distributors and dealers provides a strong foundation for future growth. There is a clear need for high performance materials in projects where reliability is the top priority. Currently, the company operates sixteen manufacturing and processing facilities across the globe, including locations in Spain and Indonesia. With a presence in twelve countries and a robust network of service centers in India, Jindal Stainless is well positioned to transform the retail construction industry.
