Mahindra Lifespace Developers has strengthened its presence in Bengaluru’s residential market through a strategic long-term joint venture with Japan-based Mitsui Fudosan Group. The partnership’s first project, Mahindra Blossom, will be developed in Whitefield, one of the city’s most prominent IT and employment corridors, reflecting both companies’ focus on quality-led urban housing.
Mahindra Blossom is planned as a premium high-rise residential development comprising around 730 homes. The project is strategically located near the Hopefarm–Channasandra Metro Station on the Namma Metro Purple Line, offering seamless connectivity to key business districts, technology parks, educational institutions, healthcare facilities and social infrastructure. The location advantage is expected to appeal to working professionals seeking well-connected and thoughtfully designed homes.
A key highlight of the project is its strong emphasis on sustainability. Mahindra Blossom will be Bengaluru’s fourth net-zero waste residential development, aligning with Mahindra Lifespaces’ long-standing commitment to environmentally responsible construction. The project will incorporate climate-responsive design principles, energy-efficient systems and on-site waste segregation and recycling practices to minimise environmental impact.
Residents will have access to a wide range of lifestyle amenities spread across nearly 97,000 square feet. These include a half-Olympic size swimming pool, fully equipped gymnasium, badminton courts, jogging tracks, a dedicated pet park and multiple community spaces. In addition, the development will feature close to four acres of green and open spaces, enhancing liveability within a dense urban setting.
For Mitsui Fudosan Group, the partnership marks an expansion of its footprint in India’s growing residential real estate market, while for Mahindra Lifespaces, it reinforces its strategy of collaborating with global partners to deliver high-quality, future-ready developments. The companies aim to create long-term value through design excellence, sustainability and customer-centric planning.
The project remains subject to statutory approvals and customary conditions. Once completed, Mahindra Blossom is expected to set new benchmarks for premium, sustainable living in East Bengaluru.
