Embassy Developments Completes Six Legacy Projects, Enabling Over 3,000 Families to Move Into Their Homes

Embassy Developments Limited (EDL) has announced the successful completion and handover of six long-pending legacy projects across Mumbai, Thane, Visakhapatnam, and Gurugram. With Occupation Certificates (OCs) now secured, more than 3,000 families have begun moving into their long-awaited homes — marking a significant milestone in the company’s revival of stalled developments.

What was once a portfolio of delayed projects has now been transformed into thriving residential communities. EDL’s efforts to resolve legacy challenges, complete pending construction, and ensure seamless handovers have reinforced its focus on timely delivery and accountability. Embassy Services, the property management arm of the Embassy Group, continues to oversee facility operations to ensure a smooth transition to resident-led management.

In the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, three key projects have reached completion. The Blu Estate & Club in Worli, spread over 10.8 acres with 374 residences, has completed its phased handovers. The Sky Forest project in Lower Parel, covering 4.4 acres with 438 residences, received its Occupation Certificate in late 2023, while One Indiabulls in Thane secured its first OC in May 2025, with possessions now underway.

Beyond Mumbai, EDL has also completed Indiabulls Sierra in Visakhapatnam, a 4.8-acre project with 620 homes, where families are now taking possession. In the National Capital Region, the company has finished two major projects — Enigma and Centrum Park in Gurugram. Both projects are now fully operational, with Centrum Park functioning as a resident-managed community.

The completion of these six projects marks an important step forward for Embassy Developments in clearing its legacy portfolio. By ensuring delivery and transparency, the company has not only helped thousands of families settle into their homes but also re-established stability and trust within its development pipeline.

This achievement underscores a broader recovery in India’s urban real estate landscape, where project completion and governance are increasingly seen as benchmarks of credibility and long-term growth.
