The Bengaluru-headquartered Sanjeevini Group has opened a newly launched luxury residential project, The Adwaith, at Gunjur in East Bangalore, and the estimated sales potential is about ₹1200 crores.

It takes about 8.3 acres of land and has five towers, and consists of a total of 668 apartments with a promise of built-up area of 1.7 million sq. ft. The apartments in 3 and 4-BHK configurations will start at ₹ 1.7 crores and above. The entire project is expected to be completed within 30 months on a joint development basis with the land owners and ready for occupation.

The five towers, named Aarka, Avani, Anila, Aqua, and Aranya, will culminate in luxury living, with at least one of the towers hosting a helipad facility. The scheme is going to be 73% open area and boasts a clubhouse of 45,000 sq. ft., which will have facilities such as heated and infinity pools, yoga and sauna rooms, a spa, gym, business centre, mini-theatre, and indoor games. Outside amenities comprise a jogging and cycling track, a cricket pitch, an amphitheatre, parks for pets, putt-putt golf, and a Miyawaki-style dense forest trail.

Strategically located on CDP Road along a 45 m wide corridor, The Adwaith stands within minutes from Outer Ring Road, Varthur-Sarjapur Highway, and the upcoming Peripheral Ring Road. The project gets further allure, as it is situated close to the upcoming metro lines, international schools, hospitals, and malls.

“Gunjur is becoming the favored destination of choice for IT professionals, given the connectivity and infrastructure.” With The Adwaith, we want to set a new benchmark in luxury housing by bringing together modern amenities on one hand and large green open spaces on the other,” said Umesh Gowda HA, chairman and founder of Sanjeevini Group.

From a place that was originally peripheral, Gunjur has quickly developed into a prime real estate hub, which has been possible with IT-led demand and huge infrastructure upgrades. Industry watchers note that there has been a lot of traction in luxury housing launches in the locality and that such projects are attracting aspiring buyers looking for a lifestyle combined with accessibility.

Established in 2010, the Sanjeevini Group has completed over 15 lakh sq. ft. of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects in Bengaluru. The developer has completed 10.2 lakh sq. ft. since 2018, which includes projects like Sanjeevini Vaibhav and Sanjeevini Sanctuary in Whitefield and Sanjeevini Aarna on Old Madras Road. The firm has over 30 lakh sq. ft. in development under various upcoming projects spreading across the city.
