Brigade Group has announced plans to develop a mixed-use project in Chennai, with an estimated revenue of Rs 800 crore. The company signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) to construct a residential development of approximately one million sq ft, as part of a 1.5 million sq ft mixed-use project. The total gross development value (GDV) of the project is expected to be around Rs 800 crore.

Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises, emphasized that this development reaffirms the company’s commitment to Chennai’s growth and its vision of delivering world-class residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality spaces. This JDA further solidifies Brigade Group’s position as a leading real estate developer in Chennai.

Established in 1986, Brigade Group is one of India’s prominent property developers, with nearly four decades of experience in the industry. The company has undertaken numerous projects across Bengaluru, Mysuru, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Kochi, covering a diverse portfolio that includes residential, office, retail, hospitality, and educational sectors.

The Chennai development is expected to contribute significantly to the region’s real estate landscape, catering to the growing demand for integrated spaces in the city.
