WeWork India has achieved a remarkable milestone by reaching 1 lakh operational desks. The new IWF Campus in Bengaluru’s Whitefield micro-market plays a crucial role in this achievement. Spanning over 1.1 lakh sq. ft. across three floors, the facility offers flexible workspaces, a management floor, and a double-height lounge. Located on Whitefield Main Road, it ensures excellent connectivity, including a five-minute walk to Singayyanapalya Metro Station.

WeWork India plans further expansion with two new facilities launching in Q1 2025: WeWork Building 6 in Gurugram’s DLF Cybercity and WeWork Building 10 in Chennai’s DLF Cybercity. These projects deepen WeWork India’s collaboration with DLF, enabling greater reach in North and South India.

Arnav S Gusain, Chief of Supply at WeWork India, shared his enthusiasm for these milestones. “Crossing 1 lakh desks is a proud moment for us. Starting our journey in Bengaluru in 2017, we’ve come full circle by achieving this milestone with another launch in the city. Expanding our partnership with DLF into Chennai and Gurugram allows us to deliver customized workspace solutions to businesses in these thriving markets.”

The Gurugram workspace will accommodate 1,400 desks across two floors, covering 1.17 lakh sq. ft. Its prime location offers smooth access by road and metro to New Delhi. Meanwhile, the Chennai workspace will house 1,900 desks across two floors in Manapakkam, a key business district, with a total area of 1.26 lakh sq. ft.

Operating in eight cities, WeWork India caters to solopreneurs, startups, and Fortune 500 companies. Its dynamic designs and strategic partnerships support business growth while creating a vibrant work environment.

With its strong presence in key markets and unwavering focus on client needs, WeWork India continues to redefine flexible workspaces.
