Salman Khan Ventures Announces Rs 10,000 Crore Smart Township Project in Telangana

Salman Khan Ventures Private Limited has announced an ambitious integrated township project in Telangana, marking a major investment push into India’s fast evolving urban development landscape. The project, valued at approximately Rs 10,000 crore, will span 500 acres and is positioned as a next generation smart township that brings together residential, commercial, entertainment and sporting ecosystems within a single unified development.

According to the company, the township’s masterplan has been designed to offer a modern and self contained environment for future residents and businesses. It includes mixed use commercial districts, branded luxury residences, premium hotels and curated retail avenues that cater to both the domestic and global market. Large entertainment complexes, lifestyle destinations and cultural zones form a prominent part of the blueprint, reflecting the rising demand for immersive and diversified urban experiences in India’s growing metropolitan regions.

A defining feature of the project is its extensive sports and leisure infrastructure. Salman Khan Ventures has proposed a championship level golf course, an international standard racecourse, a dedicated shooting range and multiple advanced sporting arenas capable of hosting training programmes and major competitive events. These facilities are aimed at promoting high performance sport as well as enhancing the township’s recreational appeal.

Further strengthening the project’s scope is a state of the art film studio that is expected to contribute to Telangana’s growing prominence as a preferred destination for film, OTT and digital production. The company stated that the development is expected to create large scale employment, support long term economic activity and attract tourism by integrating world class infrastructure and entertainment into a single destination.

Salman Khan Ventures also appreciated the Telangana government for its proactive support and for enabling a project of such scale and vision. Even as this mega venture progresses, Salman Khan continues to remain active in cinema with his upcoming film Battle of Galwan, directed by Apoorva Lakhia. The action drama, based on the events of June 2020, is currently in production and is expected to release next year.
