Renaatus Projects has been declared the lowest bidder (L1) for the Chennai Central Tower development, with a bid value of ₹412.9 crore. The project, issued by Chennai Metro Rail Limited, is to be executed under tariff-based competitive bidding (TBCB).

The ambitious structure, inspired by the iconic Chennai Central Station, will feature a height of 135 meters with 3 basements, a ground floor, and 27 upper floors. Key highlights include a four-floor retail area with a food court and a three-screen multiplex, followed by 20 floors of office space spanning 1 million sq. ft. The top two floors will house a key 5-star hotel.

Additional facilities include underground parking for approximately 1,000 two-wheelers and 2,800 four-wheelers, along with seamless connectivity to metro lines, suburban rail, bus stops, and intercity train stations.

The project scope covers civil, structural, architectural, MEP, lifts, escalators, landscaping, and associated works, aiming to create a landmark in Chennai’s skyline.
