MSN Realty ventured into high-end housing by launching its monumental project, One by MSN, in the high-end Neopolis scheme of Kokapet, Hyderabad.

Covering 7.7 acres, the venture will have five super-tall towers, each rising to 55 floors, with 655 ultra-luxury units in all. The unit sizes range from 5,250 to 7,460 sq. ft., targeting Hyderabad’s growing body of high-net-worth individuals. Investment in the project will be ₹2,750 crore.

The development is a part of MSN Realty’s comprehensive master plan to construct over 20 million sq. ft. in Hyderabad during the next five years, a fast-paced expansion into high-end real estate.

One by MSN takes inspiration from the Panchtatva philosophy, with the design focus being to combine nature elements and optimize ventilation and uninterrupted indoor-outdoor living. One of the salient features, apart from architectural refinement, is sustainability.

The complex will have a 1.8 lakh sq. ft. amenity area of clubhouse, podium, and Skypark. Three swimming pools, a yoga deck, an aqua gym, wellness lawns, and badminton, squash, and pickleball sports courts are available to the residents. Bowling Alley is one more facility for a luxury lifestyle.

Every home features best-in-class amenities like private lobbies, twin access points, and space-enhancing and privacy-centric layouts. Scenic Osman Sagar Lake views in some homes complement the project’s pre-eminent stature.

Through One by MSN, the developer is making an effort to redefine luxury living within the city through Hyderabad’s speediest growing micro-market.
