Hailing from a real estate giant in Southern India-G Square-has further established itself in Coimbatore by saturating the new developments to now more than 1200 acres by launching 108 acres worth ₹750 crore of new developments in the fastest corridors of the city.

The new launches spread across all high-demand locations such as L&T Bypass, Pannimadai, Kalapatti, Kovaipudur, Sulur, Somanur, Athipalayam, Pothanur, SIHS, Pollachi, Vellakinar Road, Nanjundapuram, TVS Nagar, Neelambur, Palathurai Road, Ramanathapuram, and Saravanampatti.

Each of the developments provides plug-and-play residential plots with clear titles, government approvals, and infrastructure already ready for construction to be started immediately or secure long-term investment.

In addition, operationally active projects are in over 20 neighborhoods in Coimbatore. Thus, G Square becomes the most-preferred developer by households, professionals, and investors seeking lifestyle benefits and strong capital appreciation, among other things.

Market response has quickly been poised with early expressions of interest already being accounted for: 30%-45% of the proposed inventory across select locations. So far, this has allowed the developer to craft location-specific projects finely-tuned to buyer demand and emerging market trends.

“That development story is very solid behind Coimbatore, and our over 1,200 acres presence with new developments of Rs 750-plus crore reflects our commitment to the future of this city,” said Bala Ramajeyam, Founder and Managing Director, G Square Realtors. “Innovation in plotted development, providing premium-affordable plots in prime locations, which assure value and trust, is our commitment.”

The company claims that its strategy is combining big and precise targeting: covering the prime corridors where infrastructure growth, signifying demand, is set to increase real estate values. According to G Square, this expansion goes beyond just market presence importance; it opens up trust in accessibility to land ownership in one of the most enterprising cities in South India.
