The Bangalore-based real estate giant has entered into joint development agreements (JDAs) for two luxury residential projects: Brigade Citadel 2 and Brigade Citadel 3 in Moti Nagar, Hyderabad. The upcoming launches come in the wake of the successful completion of Brigade Citadel and mark a significant extension for the group in one of its core South Indian markets.

In total, the projects will encompass approximately 1 million sq. ft. of development area with sales expected to generate ₹970 crores and above. Spreading across 10 acres, the projects promise 405 luxury 3- and 4-BHK residences to cater to the rising demand for quality urban living spaces in Hyderabad.

The group plans to replicate the success of Brigade Citadel, focusing on modern designs, construction quality, and community-oriented living. The new developments will, very administratively, adopt a low-rise format incorporating spacious floor plans affording privacy and access to open spaces, characteristics that are valued in the eyes of present-day homebuyers.
