Brigade Group Launches ₹1,000-Cr Luxury Housing Project in Whitefield, Bengaluru

Real estate major Brigade Group has recently launched an ultra-luxury residential project in Bangalore called Brigade Avalon in the prime Whitefield locality. Spanning over 4.36 acres on Whitefield Main Road, the high-end development will offer 206 spacious 3BHK and 4BHK homes including hybrid-friendly home-office layouts catering to the modern urban lifestyle.

The company stated in a press note that the project will cover nearly 6.4 lakh sq ft of built-up area and is expected to garner revenues of above ₹1,000 crore. They will together provide amenities grand enough to convert into an active clubhouse for residents above 70.

Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises Limited, stated, “The launch of Brigade Avalon is a key milestone in our growth strategy for Bengaluru. Whitefield continues to be a high-priority market, and this project reinforces our focus on building future-ready communities.”

A reflection of Brigade’s response to changing buyer needs with an expanding long-term work-from-home trend. Avalon promises not just living space but also a holistic, high-end lifestyle within the booming tech corridor in Bengaluru.

Apart from this launch, Brigade also announced the signing of a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for plotted development in East Bengaluru with a GDV of ₹175 crore. This means that the company is becoming even more serious about spreading its multi-housing format footprint.

Brigade Group has a very healthy pipeline of residential projects. Currently, the company is gearing up for around 12.61 million sq ft of new developments across Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
