Godrej Interio Unveils Bold Growth Strategy, Targets ₹10,000 Crore Revenue in Three Years

Interio by Godrej, one of India’s most trusted furniture brands, has announced an ambitious new growth strategy aimed at reaching ₹10,000 crore revenue within the next three years. With a focus on innovation, customer experience, and omnichannel expansion, the brand is repositioning itself to meet the evolving lifestyle needs of Indian consumers.

A major pillar of this strategy is the expansion of its retail presence. Interio plans to grow its offline network from 1,000 outlets to 1,500 stores across India, making its products more accessible to customers in urban as well as emerging markets. Complementing this is a revamped e-commerce platform that will cover over 18,000 pincodes, offering a seamless digital shopping experience. The integration of immersive Augmented Reality (AR) tools will allow customers to visualise products in their own spaces before making purchase decisions.

Another significant initiative is the introduction of configurable modular furniture platforms, designed to cater to diverse lifestyle demands. This customer-first approach ensures flexibility, personalization, and functionality—three aspects increasingly sought after by modern households.

Nyrika Holkar, Executive Director of Godrej Enterprises Group, emphasized that the refreshed strategy will make good design accessible to all, supported by end-to-end solutions spanning manufacturing, retail, and services. Meanwhile, Swapneel Nagarkar, Business Head of Interio by Godrej, highlighted investments in smart manufacturing technologies, supply chain transformation, and capacity building as key enablers of this growth journey.

To reinforce its identity, the brand has also undergone a vibrant rebranding exercise, introducing a new coral-themed logo that symbolizes creativity, aspiration, and freshness. Store formats will be redesigned to provide customers with immersive experiences where they can explore design ideas and personalize their furniture choices.

Currently operating five manufacturing facilities across India, Interio has already won over 75 design awards and registered more than 900 unique designs. With this refreshed vision, the brand aims to consolidate its leadership in India’s furniture market and set new benchmarks for design innovation, accessibility, and customer engagement.
