Ira Vian Launches Luxury Housing Project ‘Vian Mrida’ in Kollur, Hyderabad

Ira Realty and Vian Properties, together, have launched a premium residential project named Vian Mrida under the newly formed entity of Ira Vian Properties. The announcement came at a channel partner event held at Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel, Banjara Hills, in the presence of the senior-most leadership from Vian Properties, namely Arun Jupally, Surendranath Kanchi, and Sai Saravana Vaddula.

Vian Mrida, located in Kollur in Hyderabad, one of the fastest-growing suburbs, signifies luxury living with a keen sense of comfort, dignity, and aesthetics. The project, approved by RERA, is sprawled over 2.62 acres with one G+32 tower comprising 356 apartments in 2 BHK and 3 BHK configurations. The tower, with stepped elevation, has almost 270-degree panoramic views, 8-foot wide balconies, and 10-foot corridors for better ventilation and space.

Amongst the various other features, one of the key highlights of this project with premium amenities is an infinity swimming pool located at an elevation of 280 feet above ground level. According to Jupally, no other project in the Kollur area offers such luxury amenities as Vian Mrida.

Mrida is a Sanskrit word that means “soil” and “divine feminine energy”, referring to the Mrida chakra, one of the seven must-have energy centers for the human male. It encompasses the grounding quality of Mother Earth and invokes the spirit of Goddess Durga.

Strategically speaking, the project is situated near the Financial District and Neo Polis with good connectivity to major arterial roads, esteemed educational institutions, and health care facilities. With soaring plans ahead, Ira Vian Properties aims to deliver 10,000 homes in the Kollur area in the next five years.
