
Chennai-based real estate firm DRA has announced its expansion to Bengaluru and Pune by the next financial year, targeting a significant growth trajectory. The company expects to close the current financial year with revenues of Rs 500 crore, a sharp rise from Rs 300 crore in FY 2023-24, and has set an ambitious goal of Rs 1,000 crore by 2026-27.
To strengthen its presence in Chennai, DRA plans to add 2.7 million square feet of saleable area through nine ongoing and six upcoming projects in key city locations. Known for its commitment to quality and timely delivery, DRA also unveiled its new brand philosophy, “Home of Pride,” with popular actor Rashmika Mandanna as its first-ever brand ambassador.
The “Home of Pride” campaign, rolling out from November 30, will include TV, print, social media, multiplex, and outdoor promotions. Developed in partnership with Blue Noodles, the campaign reflects the company’s vision to redefine homeownership by addressing challenges like affordability, quality, and timely delivery.
Speaking on the new phase of growth, Ranjeeth Rathod, Managing Director of DRA, emphasized the importance of pride in homeownership, particularly for millennials and Gen Z. “Buying a home is a dream for many in India. We aim to make this journey seamless by delivering timeless homes that resonate with pride and satisfaction,” Rathod said.
Rashmika Mandanna, embodying DRA’s values of authenticity and perseverance, expressed excitement about her association with the brand. “DRA’s journey of growth mirrors the spirit of resilience. I’m proud to be part of their vision to bring the joy of homeownership to more aspiring buyers,” she said.
This strategic move, combined with the campaign, underscores DRA’s commitment to expanding its market share and connecting deeper with customers, employees, and partners.
