CorporatEdge, a leading provider of premium managed office spaces, has announced a Rs 100 crore expansion plan in Bengaluru over the next three years. The company plans to launch six new centres in the city, adding 2,00,000 sq. ft. of workspace with over 2,400 seats.
Currently, CorporatEdge operates three flagship centres in Bengaluru—UB City, ITC Green Centre, and Prestige Trade Tower. With this expansion, the company aims to solidify its position in India’s commercial real estate sector, catering to multinational firms and high-growth enterprises looking for premium office spaces.
The company’s total footprint in India currently stands at 2,00,000 sq. ft. across six centres located in Delhi, Gurugram, and Bengaluru. In addition to its Bengaluru expansion, CorporatEdge is also eyeing international growth, with plans to establish a presence in Dubai. Moreover, it is set to expand operations at the World Trade Center in New Delhi, further strengthening its network of premium workspaces.
CorporatEdge offers a range of flexible office solutions, including managed offices, serviced offices, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and Director Suites. These workspaces are designed to meet the evolving needs of businesses, providing high-end amenities, strategic locations, and a premium work environment.
With the growing demand for flexible office spaces in India, CorporatEdge’s expansion aligns with the increasing preference for managed office solutions, especially in prime business hubs like Bengaluru. The company’s investment highlights the continued momentum in the commercial real estate sector, particularly in the managed workspace segment, as businesses seek agile and fully serviced office setups.
